CONSTITUTION: A substrate comprises a dielectric layer(130). A doping source layer(141) comprises one or more dopants. A body layer is contacted with a dopant source layer and includes a dopant diffused from the doping source layer and MgO. The MgO is grown to a crystal by depositing the MgO on a doping source layer.
