<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate processing for outputting a reduced document image, that is obtained by reducing an electronic document, as compared with the conventional arts. <P>SOLUTION: An original image determination section 110 determines whether an image is included in the electronic document. A reduced image determination section 120 determines whether a reduced image corresponding to the image is attached to the electronic document. When the reduced image determination section 120 determines that the reduced image corresponding to the determined image is attached to the electronic document, a reduced image acquiring section 130 acquires the reduced image corresponding to the determined image from among a group of reduced images attached to the electronic document. When the reduced image determination section 120 determines that the reduced image corresponding to the image determined by the image determination section is not attached to the electronic document, an original image acquiring section 140 acquires an original image. A document output processing section 200 outputs the reduced document image while using the reduced image acquired by the reduced image acquiring section 130 for an image to which the reduced image is attached or while using the original image acquired by the original image acquiring section 140 for the image to which the reduced image is not attached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
