PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible laminate which is low in cost and environmental loading, high in joining reliability between a base film and a conductive layer, and usable e.g as a flexible circuit board to install an IC driver for driving a liquid crystal display; and to provide a production process of the flexible laminate. SOLUTION: A flexible laminate 10 is equipped with a base film 11 and a conductive layer 12 laminated on the base film 11; wherein the base film 11 is composed of a polyethylene naphthalate resin, and a silane coupling agent 13 intervenes between the base film 11 and the conductive layer 12.
