<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring an amount of components in an application membrane, capable of accurately measuring the amount of the components in the application membrane in a continuous manner, and a method for manufacturing a functional film. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of irradiating the application membrane 22 with light from a first light source 12 and a second light source 14, while eliminating a gas evaporated from the application membrane 22 with a blast fan 24 and a suction machine 26, measuring an amount of light absorption with a first sensor 16 and a second sensor 18, and calculating the amount of the components in the application membrane 22 from the measured amount of light absorption by a calculator 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
