<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus that prevents a light-emitting diode from being unintentionally lit. <P>SOLUTION: A zener diode 2 is connected in reverse parallel to a light-emitting diode 1. A cathode of the zener diode 2 is connected to an anode of the light-emitting diode 1. An anode of the zener diode 2 is connected to a cathode of the light-emitting diode 1. The light-emitting diode 1 is connected in series with a transistor 3 as a switching element. When a current supplied to the light-emitting diode 1 is a minute current, a backward voltage of the zener diode 2 is smaller than a forward voltage of the light-emitting diode 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
