<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deviation of a current time without needing an oscillator of complicated operation and high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A time clocking part 31 measures a current time. An elapse time counter 35 measures a correction elapse time being a time elapsed from previous correction of the current time measured with the time clocking part 31. A reference time obtaining part 36 obtains a reference time indicated by a SUB-Q code when voice of CD is reproduced. A correction part 37 corrects advance or delay of the current time clocked with the time clocking part 31 from a difference between a unit elapse time and a reference period being a period clocked with the time clocking part 31 in the reference period being a prescribed length period indicated by the reference time and a correction elapse time.
