<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing machine for cutting into small pieces, which can sandwich a crushing object in the state of exerting its crushing capacity to the utmost, and construction machinery equipped with the crushing machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This crushing machine 18 for cutting into the small pieces, which is mounted at a leading end of an arm 14 of a hydraulic excavator 2 in such a manner as to be rotatable on an arm rotating shaft 62 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the arm 14, includes a base frame 24, a fixed jaw 26 which is integrally elongated from the base frame 24, an openable/closable movable jaw 28 which is rotatably attached to the base frame 24, and a swing unit 30 which is used to connect the base frame 24 and the arm 14 together. The swing unit 30 comprises a swing shaft 46 which is elongated in a direction orthogonal to the arm rotating shaft 62, a frame bracket 32 which holds the base frame 24 in such a manner that it can be rotated on the swing shaft 46, and a swing connector 34 which holds the swing shaft 46 and which is rotatably mounted on the arm rotating shaft.
