<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase measurement speed when analyzing two or more kinds of molecules constituting an analyte in a nonlinear Raman scattering light measurement device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Pump light Lp and stokes light Ls with two or more spatially separated optical components Sp(k) having different wavelengths to analyze the analyte 1 are scanned on the analyte 1 by a light scanning part 10, and the spatially separated optical components Sp(k) are respectively irradiated to detecting positions R(i, j) of the analyte 1 at the same time with the pump light Lp. Each spectrum of nonlinear Raman scattering light Lc(i, j, k) emitted from the irradiated detecting positions R(i, j) when each optical component Sp(k) being irradiated is obtained by a spectrum measurement part 60.
