<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette capable of improving measurement precision of grain size distribution, to provide a method of sampling liquid, and to provide a method of measuring grain size distribution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pipette 10 includes: a pipe 11 which keeps the inside hollow and one end covered; and a suction section 12 formed at the side of the pipe 11. The suction section 12 is a hole penetrating inside from the side of the pipe 11 and sucks liquid from the outside to the inside through the hole. The method of sampling liquid includes: the process for preparing the pipette 10; and the process for sucking liquid from the suction section 12 of the pipette 10. The method of measuring grain size distribution includes: the process for sampling liquid by the method of sampling liquid; and the process for measuring grain size distribution of liquid.
