<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a heat exchange of high and low pressure of a refrigerating cycle in a working liquid cooling device, and to lower the high and low pressure to reduce the consumed power of a compressor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An evaporator tank 10 for cooling work liquid is provided outside a cover 3 forming an outer enclosure of the working liquid cooling device. Thus, in the evaporator tank 10, the heat exchange can be carried out at outdoor air temperature without receiving the heat influence of high temperature of the compressor 6 and a condenser 7 by a fan 9. As a result, the rise of the temperature of the evaporator tank 10 and the liquid flowing in the evaporator tank 10 can be suppressed.
