PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cross section strength and proof stress of a belt line reinforcement part in the operation of a metal air bag in a door for a vehicle where the metal air bag is provided on the belt line reinforcement part. SOLUTION: An inflater 22 provided on an end part of the belt line reinforcement part 18 of the door for the vehicle operates in a front collision of the vehicle, and gas is supplied into a closed section 30 of the belt line reinforcement part 18. Thereby, at least one of an outer panel 26 and an inner panel 28 constituting the belt line reinforcement part 18 deploys, and a cross section deployment part 32 of the belt line reinforcement part 18 plastically deploys. In the belt line reinforcement part 18, a pipe member 24 is disposed by being inserted between the end part 34 whose cross section is constricted according to the inflater 22 and the inflater 22 provided on the end part 34, and also the pipe member 24 is extended to the cross section deployment part 32, to reinforce the end part 34.
