The closure device with a withdrawable dispensing unit comprises an outer housing, a mounting body that is provided with means for attaching it to a container and is accommodated in the outer housing, and the withdrawable dispensing unit placed in the mounting body so that it can axially and translationally move with respect to the mounting body. Furthermore, the device additionally comprises a means for locking the return motion of the dispensing unit in such a way that the counter-rotation of the outer housing is limited during the container reclosing.
