The housing upper part and the cover form a receiving area for receiving the plug. A lockable lock (20) is inserted into the housing upper part by the plug for locking the cover with the housing upper part. The cover has a larger side wall for forming the receiving area, where the side wall has a height of about 1.5 to 4 cm. The housing upper part is mounted on a housing lower part (8).
