摘要 <p>The method involves correcting a pulse-duty factor to a predetermined reference value based on the ratio of half wave durations (t1-t4) of half waves (HW1-HW4) of a periodic signal (V-0). Two capacitors are brought to a starting condition and charged for determining a characteristic value for the half wave durations. The capacitors are uncharged during half wave durations of the half waves based on the starting condition. The factor is corrected based on the charging condition of the capacitors at an end of the half waves that represents a characteristic value for half wave duration. An independent claim is also included for a device for controlling a pulse-duty factor of a periodic signal, comprising two capacitors.</p>
