PURPOSE: A data communication method by cooperation between internet service providing server and peer to peer communication server is provided to reduce a network load due to peer to peer communication. CONSTITUTION: Connection and registration is operated(S100). A overlay tree is comprised(S200). A contents request is received from a reception peer(S300). A peer in which the network distance is contiguous to the reception peer is selected between a plurality of peers including the requested contents. The requested contents are transmitted from the selected peer to the reception peer(S400). The network distance includes at least, one or more association of the distance, the physical distance, the availability traffic, congestion, and the delay time on a network topology or the quality of communication service.
