PURPOSE: A discharging pump of a liquid container is provided to prevent liquid including cosmetics and shampoo in the container from being contaminated by a spring by separately forming a spring receiving space and a liquid storage. CONSTITUTION: A discharging pump(50) of a liquid container comprises the following: a pushing button(51) including an outlet(51a) on the upper side; a pump body(52) including a pushing button receiving space(52a) on the upper side, an inner container receiving space on the lower side of the pushing button receiving space, and a cylindrical protrusion(52c); a cylinder(53) having a circumference protrusion(53a) adhering with the lower side of the cylindrical protrusion; and a cylinder cover(55) inserted with a piston type discharge line(54) in which the upper side is fixed to the pushing button.
