LOW GLOSS AROMATIC VINYL GRAFT COPOLYMER AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A low-gloss aromatic vinyl graft copolymer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent weathering ability and shock resistance, and to manufacture the copolymer without an expensive cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a low-gloss aromatic vinyl graft copolymer comprises the following steps: forming an ASA graft copolymer in which a vinyl aromatic compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer is formed with a grafted shell layer at a double core rubber polymer; forming the double core rubber polymer with an inner core layer containing an alkyl acrylate aromatic vinyl copolymer, and an outer core layer containing an alkyl acrylate polymer; forming a cross-linked vinyl aromatic compound-vinyl cyanide compound resin; and forming a polymer latex by aggregating the ASA graft copolymer and the cross-linked vinyl aromatic compound-vinyl cyanide compound resin.
