PURPOSE: A separation film cleaning device is provided to discharge cleaning air by opening a diffuser when a separation film is washed, and to prevent the inflow of foreign materials into raw water by closing the diffuser. CONSTITUTION: A separation film cleaning device comprise a clean air generator, and a diffuser(10) discharging cleaning air received from a generator to a separation film unit. The diffuser comprises an outer tube(14) having an air dispersion device(14a) and an inner tube(12) including the air dispersion device(12a). The diffusers of the inner tube and the outer tube are opened and closed according to the movement of the inner tube by the driving unit.
