<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily solve the problem without need for closely arranging respective elements and without increasing the number of components and cost and to effectively suppress surge voltage with switching of a switching element. <P>SOLUTION: Even if third and second transistors 13 and 12 are switched from ON to OFF, current continuously flows to respective parasitic inductances 56b and 55c. Since a cathode K of a fourth diode 24 is connected to vicinity of an emitter E of the third transistor 13 and an anode A of a first diode 21 is connected to vicinity of a collector C of the second transistor 12, a current route from the fourth diode 24 to an inductive load 17 is formed through the parasitic inductance 56b, and a current route from a DC resistor 18 to the first diode 21 is formed through the parasitic inductance 55c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
