<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of obtaining optimum communication characteristics when an on-chip antenna structure has a capacitor built on a chip. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 1 has an antenna 40 having a loop portion 40a in a loop shape on a substrate 10. At the root of the loop portion 40a, a first capacitor C1 connected to the antenna 40 in parallel is provided.
