<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture thread package which is constituted to hold a barbed suture thread. <P>SOLUTION: This suture thread package comprises: a base member including an external wall and a suture thread holding area; at least one suture needle holder for holding at least one suture needle, which can define its position adjacent to the suture thread holding area; at least one suture thread holder for holding at least one suture thread, which can define its position adjacent to the suture thread holding area; and a plurality of protrusions formed inside the suture thread holding area, each having a groove for receiving part of at least one suture thread in this case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
