摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method utilizing vector operation equation to measure slack level of an electric transmission line by setting support point and slack level point of electric wire on both side steel towers to space vector, during works for measuring predefined slack level or undertaking construction slack level. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a primary collimation step to install surveying equipment 10 in the point where wire support points Pa/Pb of both sides steel towers A/B are visible on the ground and then collimate the above installed surveying equipment 10 to the wire support point Pa of one side steel tower A; a primary transmission step to transmit the collimation value data to wired or wireless connected PDA; a secondary collimation step to collimate the installed surveying equipment 10 to the wire support point Pb of the other side steel tower B; a secondary transmission step to transmit the collimation value data to PDA; a horizontal angle operation step to calculate transmission data and then compute horizontal angle of slack level base line to be displayed, and a step to collimate a slack level point X of the electric wire, that is, the slack level base line; and then a step of displaying the slack level value on display window of PDA after adjusting the angle of the surveying equipment 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
