<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in connection to a substrate and to simplify mounting operation on the substrate, relating to a connector mounted on the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The connector includes contacts 30 and 40 arranged in a housing 20. The contacts 30 and 40 include first contacts 31 and 41 which have terminals 31B and 41B connected to a plug 50, with first connection parts 31C and 41C being formed, and second contacts 32 and 42 which have terminals 32A and 42A connected to a substrate, with second connection parts 32B and 42B being formed, allowing elastic deformation. Third contacts 33 and 43 are provided which hold the first contacts 31 and 41 and the second contacts 32 and 42 so that the first connection parts 31C and 41C face the second connections 32B and 42B away from each other. Attaching of the plug 50 causes elastic deformation of the third contacts 33 and 43, for the first connection parts 31C and 41C to be connected to the second connection parts 32B and 42B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
