PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest structure capable of enhancing operability of a shift operation member with high frequency of use in the arm rest structure for a working vehicle having an armrest body arranged at one side in a vehicle body width direction of a driver's seat. SOLUTION: The armrest structure 93 has the armrest body 931 arranged at one side in the vehicle body width direction of the driver's seat 92 of the working vehicle 1. The armrest structure 93 is provided with a front extension part 934 extending from the armrest body 931 to a front side, and the shift operation member 711 is provided on an outer surface 934a in the vehicle body width direction of the front extension part 934.
