<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera for reducing the number of installed operation members while maintaining operability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lens barrier 16 is provided so as to slide in right and left directions between an closed position and an opened position and to be freely opened and closed, and is provided slidably in the right and left directions at a predetermined stroke s in the opened and closed positions.
