<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing electrolytic water, in which an electrolytic cell can be miniaturized. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for producing electrolytic water is provided with: a water storage part 4; a body part 3 comprising the electrolytic cell 2 for producing the electrolytic water from water; a circulation flow passage 14 provided by way of the water storage part 4 and the electrolytic cell 2; and a circulation unit 15 for circulating the water in the circulation flow passage 14. The electrolytic water is produced while circulating the water between the water storage part 4 and the electrolytic cell 2 and the produced electrolytic water is stored in the water storage part 4.
