<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system in which when setting and operating an electronic apparatus by remote control, even when a user does not perform any complicated operation or does not have detailed knowledge, requests of the user can be effectively utilized at a maximum. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There is provided a data communication system including: a first communicator comprising a human body communication terminal for transmitting/receiving data via a human body; an electronic apparatus comprising a human body communication terminal for transmitting/receiving data via a human body; and a second communicator for transmitting/receiving data and making a speech with the first communicator.
