<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware set for diet by which a meal with less calorie can be naturally attained and nourishment can be received with a small amount of meal in a good balance, by using the tableware set similarly as the tableware set usually used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tableware set for diet is composed of: a tableware set comprising a rice bowl, a soup bowl, a plate, a bowl, and a small bowl, each of which has approximately half of internal capacity or amount to be put compared to the tableware being used usually; and menu cards displaying a figure or a picture of the rice bowl, the soup bowl, the plate, the bowl, and the small bowl, with approximately half of internal capacity or amount to be put in which meals are actually served, with a specific example of calorie display and a plurality of cooking menus.
