Provided is a motor including: a stator having a stator iron core around which stator winding is provided; a rotor formed by a rotating member having a magnet arranged in the circumferential direction to oppose to the stator and a shaft which penetrates through the center of the rotating member so as to fasten the rotating member; a bearing for supporting the shaft; and two conductive brackets for fixing the bearing. The two brackets are electrically connected to each other. The motor further includes a capacitor as an impedance adjusting member which adjusts impedance between the stator iron core and the electrically connected two brackets.
