<p>An Overload Indicator(OI)report trigger method based on interference on physical resource of a user terminal is disclosed by the present invention. The method comprises the following steps. A Base Station(BS)divides the coverage area into multiple layers and sets an interference threshold to partition a layer that the user terminal locates in. The BS receives the current maximum interference signal intensity reported by the user terminal and performs the judgment according to a pre-defined contrast threshold. If it is judged that the maximum interference signal intensity is less than/is less than or equals to the pre-defined contrast threshold, the layer that the user terminal locates in is determined according to the pre-defined interference threshold. Then statistics is performed according to an OI level of part or all of the physical resource blocks occupied by the user terminal and the statistical result is compared with a trigger threshold of the overload indicator (OI)report corresponding to the layer. It is judged whether the set trigger condition is satisfied or not. If the set trigger condition is satisfied, said OI report is triggered. The present invention enables the load of the OI and the overhead for the system brought by the OI report trigger to be reduced.</p> |
