METHOD FOR CACHE READ OF NON VOLATILE MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A cache read method of a non-volatile memory device is provided to prevent data collision between flag data and read data by performing a flag check operation in a section without an operation that occupies an input-output unit. CONSTITUTION: A read operation is carried out according to a general read command. A first cash read operation(CACHE READ B) is carried out according to a first cash read command. A flag check signal is activated while the cash read operation is performed. An operating state signal is activated according to the input of a second cash read command. A flag check operation(Flag check B) is carried out in correspondence to the flag cells which share the word line and the page on which the first cash read operation is carried out. A second cache read operation is carried out.
