PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression twisting device which is suitable for obtaining a metal lump having excellent internal quality from a parted metallic material such as a powdery metallic material or a chip-like metallic material. SOLUTION: The compression twisting device applying compression force and twisting force to the stock comprises: a stock charging die; a compression mechanism applying compression force to the charged stock; and a twisting mechanism applying twisting force to the charged stock, and the stock charging die is composed of a plurality of split dies slidably rotatable each other.
