PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE CAULIFLOWER MUSHROOM HYPHA USING GRAIN MEDIUM AND THE HYPHA PRODUCED THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cultivating method of sparassis crispa hypha by using a grain medium is provided to massively manufacture hypha in which β-glucan is abundant by cultivating only hypha in the grain medium. CONSTITUTION: A cultivating method of sparassis crispa hypha by using a grain medium comprises the following steps: inoculating an inoculums in a liquid medium for 8 ~ 12 days in 24-26°C; manufacturing mushroom spawn by adding inorganic salts and a pH adjusting agent in grains; putting a grain medium in a heat resistance PP bottle; sterilizing the PP bottle including the grain medium for 60 ~ 90 minutes in 110-125°C; cooling the bottles; inoculating mushroom spawn in the PP bottle including cooled grain medium in an aseptic room condition; cultivating mushroom spawn inoculated in the grain medium while supplying oxygen and collecting the cultivated mushroom spawn.
