PURPOSE: A climatic block with excellent permeability and repairability, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize impact applied to a pedestrian, and to prevent toxic substances from being discharged. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a climatic block with excellent permeability and repairability is as follows. A first mixture is produced by mixing aggregate 20~30 weight%, sand 40~50 weight%, natural characteristics 20~30weight%, and water 5~10%(S1). A first base layer is formed by filling a mold with the first mixture(S2). A second mixture is produced by mixing natural characteristics 40~50 weight%, silica 40~50 weight%, and water 5~10 weight%(S3). A surface layer is formed by filling the top of the base layer with the second mixture(S4). A molding body composed of the base layer and the surface layer is separated from the mold(S5). The separated molding body is cured(S6). |
