FACILITIES FOR THE EXCHANGE OF SEAWATER USING AN PRECAST CONCRETE BLOCK

PURPOSE: A seawater exchanging facility using a Precast Concrete block is provided to guide clean seawater to a port using a difference of water level between a PC block and a port. CONSTITUTION: A seawater exchanging facility using a Precast Concrete block comprises an exposed PC block(10) and a water canal. The top of the exposed PC block is opened. An inclined surface(110) is formed in the exposed PC block which is in contact with waves. The exposed PC block overflows waves. The water canal is connected to the bottom of the exposed PC block and guides stored seawater to a port(b).
