PURPOSE: A beverage heating/cooling method using bubbles is provided to heat/cool beverage in short time by heat-exchanging bubbles with molecules of bubbles in room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A beverage heating/cooling method using bubbles comprises the following steps. A copper pipe is inserted in beverage. Heated or frozen gas is exhausted through the copper pipe in the beverage and is in a state of bubble. The beverage is heated or frozen by heat-exchanging with contacting with the bubbles.
