PURPOSE: A resource allocating method between terminals using a resource management system and a resource management sever thereof are provided to use various applications without any function restrictions of a user terminal, thereby providing a more flexible and ubiquitous computing environment. CONSTITUTION: A user requests a service from a shared resource management server(S10). The shared resource management server searches shared resource information relevant to the service request(S20). A resource management unit of the shared resource management server compares the amount of necessary resources and the amount of the extracted shared resource information(S30). To provide the extracted sharing resource information to a first user terminal, the resource management unit generates a first user virtual machine(S60).
