摘要

PURPOSE: A method for lightweight aerated insulating material using cement and gypsum is provided to minimize production process and to improve insulation effect without mold and high-pressure equipment. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing lightweight aerated insulating material comprises: a step of using insulator ingredient selected from cement or gypsum powder or adding functional additive to obtain slurry; a step of transferring the slurry to a aerated liquid mixing tank; a step of mixing animal/vegetable foaming agent to water in a concentration of 1-4% to form foaming liquid; a step of transferring the foaming liquid to a mixing tank; a step of stirring the slurry and foaming liquid to obtain slurry mixture having micropores; a step of supplying the slurry mixture to a line mixer; and a step of setting/controlling the mixture foaming liquid.
