<p>PURPOSE: A slag dart and a manufacturing method thereof using a collected and reproduced magnesia chrome system refractory are provided to reduce carbon emission quantity and manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A slag dart comprises a composition containing the collected and reproduced magnesia chrome refractories. A guide part(30) and a holder part(20) are formed on the top and bottom part of a head(10) The magnesia chrome refractories collected and reproduced. It is composed less than the MgO 55~65 weight%, the Cr2O3 15~25 weight%, and the flux component 20 weight% of more than two kinds. The ratio collected and reproduced of inside of the magnesia chrome refractories the MgO / Cr2O3 2.5~3.5. The composition comprises the magnesia chrome refractories 60~85 weight%, strength reinforcement 0.5~1.0 weight%, fused alumina 0.5~1.0 weight%, the additive 7~15 weight% for the specific gravity double bud, binder 3~12 weight%, water 3.5~10 weight%.</p> |
