摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a rubber/nano clay master batch, and a producing method of a highly-rigid impact strength polypropylene-nano clay-rubber composition using thereof are provided to reduce the degradation of the flexural modulus of polypropylene. CONSTITUTION: A rubber/nano clay master batch composition contains 20~70wt% of rubber resin, 10~50wt% of nano clay, and 20~50wt% of maleic anhydride acid grafted modified polymer. The modified polymer is a maleic anhydride acid grafted polypropylene resin including 4~8 parts of maleic anhydride acid by weight, with the average molecular weight of 10,000~100,000. The rubber resin is selected from the group consisting of a polyethylene-ethylene copolymer, a polyethylene-octene copolymer, a polyethylene-butadiene copolymer, or EPDM.</p>
