PURPOSE: A filter unit and a water purifier in which the filter unit is included are provided to save manufacturing costs while reducing an installation area of the water purifier, and to minimize environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A filter unit comprises the following: a block filter(21) which is included of a hollow shape of both side is opened, and filters raw water; a first cover which is combined to one end of the block filter to block up one end of the block filter; a second cover(23) connected to an inner space of the block filter; and a sealing member(24) combined to the second cover to be protruded from the outer surface of the second cover. A flowing space is formed between the first cover and the inner side of the housing, and the between the block filter and the inner side of the housing.
