PURPOSE: A propulsion device using ultrasonic beam is provided to drive a carrier using ultrasonic wave without a gasoline engine or propeller. CONSTITUTION: A propulsion device using ultrasonic beam comprises an ultrasonic oscillator located behind a carrier. The frequency of the ultrasonic oscillator is transformed into an electric signal and the frequency of the electric signal is changed through a frequency modulation circuit. The changed frequency activates the ultrasonic oscillator and generates frequency-modulated ultrasonic wave to drive the carrier.
