PURPOSE: A head support assembly of a chair is provided to assemble a middle member and frame and to reduce time and cost. CONSTITUTION: A head support assembly of a chair comprises: a middle member(200); a cushion member(100) which is fixed at the middle member; and a coupling unit(400) which binds the middle member and frame(300). The coupling unit comprises: an insertion hole which is formed at the middle member; an inlet hole which is extended from the insertion hole; an inlet projection which is formed at the frame and is inserted to the insertion hole; and a hook protrusion which is inserted to the insertion hole.
