PURPOSE: A solvent extraction device of metal processing oil is provided to accurately measure the weight of the metal processing oil passing through a filter by obtaining the weight difference between the oil and the filter and the weight of the metal particles and the metal press oil. CONSTITUTION: A solvent extraction device of metal processing oil comprises; a main body in which a funnel(120) with a first groove(121) is formed on the upper side of the main body; a supporting plate(130) which is installed on an upper inner surface of the funnel; a filter(140) in which the metal particle and metal processing oil can be settled, and which put on the upper side of the supporting plate; a housing(150) in which solvent is injected, and a second groove(151) is formed in a lower-part; a packing member(160) in which a second concavo-convex part(162) is formed in the other side; and a clamp(170) installed at the outer circumference of the funnel and the housing.
