PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition rapidly curable by a light of relatively long wavelength and producing an image excellent in clarity and color development and hardly bleeding.

SOLUTION: The ink composition is a photocurable ink composition for inkjet recording and includes a radically polymerizable compound having at least one functional group selected from a benzene ring, a hydroxy group and an amino group, a dendritic oligomer, and a radical polymerization initiator.
