<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an engine from being put in a state where an automatic start of the engine is impossible because a battery of a mobile device is run out and an ID authentication between the vehicle and the mobile device cannot be performed, in an engine automatic start-stop control device that, during a start of an engine of a vehicle, if a prescribed condition for stopping the engine is met, the engine is automatically stopped in response, and, after that, the engine is automatically restarted in response to a prescribed operation for restarting the engine. <P>SOLUTION: The engine automatic start-stop control device has a smart ignition function and an engine start or stop control system which can start or stop the engine with just a one-push operation.
