<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided an optical semiconductor device which prevents of reduction in lifetime and reduces a cost, and is downsized to the same extent as an optical semiconductor element. <P>SOLUTION: An optical semiconductor device 1A is provided with: a light emitting layer 2 which has a first principal surface M1, a second principal surface M2 which is the opposite surface, and a first electrode 7a and a second electrode 7b which are formed on the second principal surface M2; a fluorescent layer 4 provided on the first principal surface M1; a light transparent layer 5 which is provided on the fluorescent layer 4 and made of an inorganic substance having light transparency; a first metal post 8a provided on the first electrode 7a; a second metal post 8b provided on the second electrode 7b; a sealing layer 10 which is provided on the second principal surface M2 and which seals the first metal post 8a and the second metal post 8b while exposing the ends of the posts; a first metal layer 11a provided on the end of the exposed first metal post 8a; and a second metal layer 11b provided on the end of the exposed second metal post 8b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
