<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, program and method for delivery support, which enable a user to easily and reliably request collection of cargo and a delivery company to perform efficient delivery request. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 21 of a delivery support server 20 registers the tour information acquired from a travel company server 30. The control section 21 arranges a storage box to be provided to a tour participant. Moreover, a mobile phone terminal 10 is lent to the tour participant, and the control section 21 registers the tour participant using the mobile phone terminal 10. The control section 21 provides the guide guidance information at a stop point to the mobile phone terminal 10. Furthermore, the control section 21 manages the information of an article purchased using the mobile phone terminal 10.
