PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser capable of enhancing the cleaning capacity of a drain pan, and preventing juice or the like from being stuck on the drain pan. SOLUTION: The dispenser 101 discharges a feed stock consisting of ice chips from a discharge port 4. The dispenser 101 includes a drain pan 6 which is provided below the discharge port 4 to collect the ice chips discharged from the discharge port 4, a cleaning water feeding passage 60 which is communicated with the drain pan 6 to feed cleaning water to the drain pan 6, and a double pipe part 60b of the cleaning water feeding passage 60 in which the cleaning water in the cleaning water feeding passage 60 is heated.
