<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine reducing the speed of game balls powerfully shot by a shooting device to move rightward from the left side of a game area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes a speed reducing means 12 for reducing the speed of the game ball P when the game ball P moves to the right side of the game area 5a. The speed reducing means 12 includes a plurality of game nails 14a continuously disposed in continuous nail shape in a position spaced by a predetermined distance from the right end side part rather than the uppermost part of a guide rail 11a, and an auxiliary member 24 forming a rugged surface at a surface facing the game area 5a of the right end side portion of the guide rail 11a. A game ball speed reducing passage 23 is formed between the plurality of game nails 24a of continuous nail shape and the right end side portion of the guide rail 11a. The game ball speed reducing passage 23 is formed to gradually narrow the passage width in the proceeding direction of the game ball P so that the game ball P can contact the plurality of game nails 24a and the auxiliary member 24 while passing through the game ball speed reducing passage 23.
